By visiting our website, requesting a quotation, approving artwork, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Percept Prints
Percept Prints manufactures and supplies customized school stationery, educational printing materials, branding products, and other commercial printing products.
Our products include school diaries, notes diaries, examination copies, report cards, prospectuses, admission forms, certificates, identity cards, fee cards, calendars, notebooks, and related printed materials.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are based on the product specifications provided by the customer, including quantity, size, paper quality, number of pages, printing colors, binding, customization, and delivery requirements.
Prices may change if:
The customer modifies the approved specifications.
The final quantity differs from the original quotation.
Additional design, editing, printing, binding, or packaging is requested.
Paper, printing material, transportation, or applicable tax charges change before order confirmation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, quotations do not include GST, transportation, unloading, or other additional charges.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until accepted by Percept Prints and supported by the required advance payment or written confirmation.
3. Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed when:
Product specifications and quantities are agreed upon.
The customer provides the necessary information, artwork, or documents.
The customer approves the quotation.
The applicable advance payment is received, where required.
Percept Prints confirms acceptance of the order.
Verbal discussions, tentative estimates, or enquiries do not automatically constitute confirmed orders.
4. Advance Payment and Payment Terms
Customers may be required to make an advance payment before design, printing, or production begins.
The advance amount, remaining balance, and payment schedule will be specified in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or other written communication.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Advance payment must be received before production begins.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before dispatch or within the agreed credit period.
Payments must be made through authorized bank accounts, UPI details, or payment channels provided by Percept Prints.
Payment confirmation is subject to receipt and verification of funds.
Percept Prints may suspend production, delay dispatch, or withhold delivery if agreed payments remain outstanding.
Any approved credit arrangement may be reviewed or withdrawn if payment commitments are repeatedly missed.

School or business name and address.
Contact details and authorized contact person.
Product specifications and quantities.
Logos, photographs, and artwork.
Student details, staff information, and other printing content.

GST information, where applicable.
Percept Prints is not responsible for delays, incorrect printing, additional expenses, or delivery issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the customer.
6. Artwork, Design, and Proof Approval
Before printing, Percept Prints may share artwork, layouts, digital proofs, sample pages, or other design materials for customer approval.
Customers must carefully verify all details, including:

Logos, photographs, and addresses.
Academic session, dates, and calendar information.
Student names, identification numbers, and other personalized details.
Product size, page count, colors, and layout.
Any other content included in the approved proof.
Written approval through WhatsApp, email, signed proof, or another mutually accepted communication channel will be treated as final approval.
Once artwork is approved and printing begins, Percept Prints will not be responsible for errors present in the approved proof.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
7. Printing Variations
Printed products may show reasonable variations due to differences in paper, ink, machinery, lighting, screen display, production batches, and finishing processes.
Such variations may include:
Minor differences between screen colors and printed colors.
Slight variations in paper shade, texture, or thickness.
Minor differences in cutting, folding, binding, lamination, or alignment.
Reasonable variations between sample products and final production batches.
These variations will not automatically be treated as defects when they fall within reasonable commercial printing standards.
8. Quantity Variations
Depending on the nature of production, minor variations in the final quantity may occur due to machine setup, printing processes, finishing, or production wastage.
Any permissible variation, if applicable, will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.
Customers should verify delivered quantities promptly and report any material shortage or discrepancy within a reasonable time after delivery.
9. Production and Delivery Timelines
Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly confirmed in writing as binding deadlines.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:
Delayed artwork approval.
Late submission of required information.
Pending advance or balance payments.
Changes in product specifications.
Paper or material shortages.
Machinery maintenance or technical issues.
Transport delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Percept Prints will make reasonable efforts to complete and dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe.
The customer must provide accurate delivery details and ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the shipment.
10. Dispatch and Transportation
Transportation, courier, loading, unloading, and delivery charges will apply according to the quotation or agreed commercial terms.
Once goods are handed over to a transport or courier provider, delivery timelines may depend on that provider.
Customers must inspect the packaging and products upon delivery and promptly report visible damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies.
Where possible, customers should provide photographs, transport documents, and other supporting evidence when reporting damaged or missing items.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as early as possible through an authorized communication channel.
Orders involving customized designs, school names, logos, personalized content, or institution-specific printing may not be cancelled once design work, plate preparation, material procurement, printing, binding, or production has started.
If cancellation is accepted, charges may apply for:
Completed design and layout work.
Purchased paper or other materials.
Printing plates and setup costs.
Completed production or finishing work.
Packaging, transportation, or other expenses already incurred.
Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting documented costs and outstanding amounts.
12. Returns, Reprints, and Refunds
Because many products are customized, returns or exchanges are generally not available for correctly produced goods.
A complaint may be considered where:
The delivered product materially differs from the approved specifications.
The product contains a manufacturing defect attributable to Percept Prints.
The delivered quantity materially differs from the confirmed order.
An incorrect product is supplied.
Customers should report the issue promptly after delivery and provide relevant photographs, invoice details, approved artwork, and other supporting information.
If a complaint is verified, Percept Prints may, depending on the circumstances:
Correct the issue.
Replace or reprint the affected items.
Provide an appropriate adjustment.
Issue a refund where reasonably applicable.
Refunds or replacements will not normally apply where the issue results from customer-approved errors, incorrect information supplied by the customer, improper storage, misuse, or unauthorized changes after delivery.
13. Ownership of Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide logos, photographs, text, designs, student information, or other materials for printing.
Percept Prints is not responsible for third-party claims arising from materials supplied by the customer without appropriate authorization.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Customer-owned logos and supplied materials remain the customer’s property.
Original concepts, editable working files, production files, templates, and design elements created by Percept Prints remain the property of Percept Prints.

Customer information may be shared with relevant production, delivery, payment, or technical service providers only when reasonably necessary to complete the requested work.
Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
15. Promotional Samples and Product Display
Percept Prints may display generic product samples and non-confidential examples of its printing work for marketing purposes.
Customer-specific logos, student photographs, confidential documents, or sensitive school information will not be knowingly published without appropriate authorization.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Percept Prints will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, power failures, material shortages, public emergencies, or machinery breakdowns.
